Meet Stephanie Bennett
Steph is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Dietetics (Honours) at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She spent time working in Private Practice in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, before moving back to her hometown of Toowoomba to work at The Queensland Centre for Digestive Medicine in early 2021.
Steph enjoys working with a range of clients, although has a particular interest in the following conditions:
- Gastrointestinal and digestive concerns, including gastroparesis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, other functional gut issues, IBD (Crohn’s Disease / Ulcerative Colitis), Coeliac Disease, Liver disease
- Malabsorption Disorders (e.g. Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency)
- Nutrition in oncology / cancer
- Enteral feeding including nasogastric and PEG feeding
- Malnutrition support
- Food intolerance and allergy
- Disordered eating and eating disorders (Steph is a Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician)
Steph is committed to on-going learning and is always updating her knowledge through on-going training and research. She believes nutrition is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach and ensures that all advice is tailored to each individuals circumstances. She has an appreciation of good food and values a holistic approach to nutrition care, which includes the environmental, mental, social, physiological, and emotional aspects of food and nutrition.
Steph currently works full-time, Monday to Thursday and every 2nd Friday.

She spent 10 years prior and during her studies working on a sunflower farm.
She is not a fussy eater but thinks coriander tastes like soap.
She loves trying new things, whether that’s a new restaurant, travel destination or netflix show
Meet Matisse Tisdell
Matisse is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Hons) at the Queensland University of Technology. Matisse has worked in private practice in Toowoomba and its rural surrounds before beginning work at The Queensland Centre for Digestive Medicine in late 2025.
Matisse enjoys working with a variety of clients and conditions and has broad interests. At present, she enjoys working with:
- Malnutrition and enteral nutrition support
- Gastrointestinal diseases and conditions
- Chronic disease management
- Food intolerances, allergies and selective eating
Matisse enjoys a grounded, realistic approach to practice that is tailored to the client in front of her. She regularly commits to ongoing professional development to better service her client base and ensures she is up to date with the latest research and recommendations. Matisse values holistic management and support and recognizes food, nutrition and health looks different for everyone.
Matisse currently works full time.

She is an avid reader and amateur gardener, who sometimes has a black thumb.
She is a bit of a fussy eater, but better than she used to be!
She is a homebody and enjoys spending time with her dogs and cats.
Meet Hannah Gresham-Britt
Hannah is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, and is working towards becoming a Credentialled Diabetes Educator. She completed her Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wollongong, before moving up to Toowoomba to work in private practice in 2023.
Hannah has experience working as a rural generalist dietitian in several towns across the Darling Downs. She also has extensive experience working with people living with diabetes and metabolic conditions.
Hannah works across a range of conditions and dietary requirements, however she has a few special professional interests, including:
- Diabetes (including type 1, type 2, type 3c and others)
- Food intolerances
- Malnutrition
- Coeliac disease
- Nutrition and brain health
- Vegetarian and vegan diets
Hannah practices patient-centred care, which means that she considers the whole person, including their own goals for wellbeing.

Meet Tori Gallegos
Tori is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and member of Dietitians Australia. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition & Dietetics at Griffith University. Tori has worked in private practice in Toowoomba in Brisbane before joining Digestive Medicine in 2026.
Tori enjoys working with a range of clients, although has a particular interest in the following conditions:
- Malnutrition support
- Athletes and RED-S (supporting energy availability, performance, recovery, and overall health)
- Gastrointestinal and digestive concerns
- Disordered eating and eating disorders
- Chronic diseases (including diabetes, cardiovascular conditions, with a focus on long-term management and lifestyle support)
Tori’s approach is grounded in compassion and meeting each client where they are at. This means taking the time to understand the individual’s unique experiences, goals, and challenges, and providing care that is collaborative, non-judgemental, and tailored to their needs. Tori focuses on creating a supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered, with an emphasis on sustainable, realistic changes that align with their lifestyle and values.
Tori currently works Monday’s and every second Thursday.
